SO2024 Abstract Submission Guidelines
All presenters are required to register for Saudi Ophthalmology I The Red Sea and pay all applicable fees.
SO2024 I The Red Sea does not pay honoraria or travel or housing expenses for any presenters at the meeting.

Follow all the instructions posted on the website for abstract submission carefully.

Abstracts must be submitted online.

Please read the abstract structure notes to follow your submission as requested.

Abstracts submitted as hard copies or via email are not accepted.

All abstracts must be written in English.

The presenting author must be the First (submitting) Author.

The abstract must be submitted with the intention that, if accepted, it will be presented by the First Author.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and its submission.

If the abstract is accepted for presentation, the same work described in the abstract must be presented with the same title and content.

If all required fields are not filled out, the abstract will not be submitted successfully.

Save or print the message that indicates your abstract was successfully submitted and keep it for your records.
NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS

The maximum submission per each author will be three (3).

Each author may submit a maximum of two (2) Free Papers. However, presenters that are accepted for oral presentation will be permitted to give only one (1) Oral Presentation. The second accepted Free Paper will be considered as a Poster.

Each author may submit up-to three (3) Videos.

Each author may submit a maximum of two (2) Posters.

Please note that some abstracts submitted as a Case Report may be accepted as a Poster.
